Something hosted on Vallic Cloud is harming you, or someone else. Tell us and a person will read it.

You do not need an account. Every report gets a reference number by email, and we act on the ones we can identify — which is why the fields asking exactly where and exactly when matter more than the description does.

What happened

What are you reporting?
Pick the closest. It decides who reads this first and how quickly.
The address the problem came from, or the domain it is hosted at. If you have both, give both.
For a page, an image or a file. Leave empty for mail or network reports.
The first time you saw it. A log line without a timestamp cannot be matched to a machine, so this is the field that most often decides whether we can act.
Our logs are in UTC. Telling us which timezone your evidence is in avoids an hour of guessing.
In your own words. What you saw, what it affected, and anything you have already tried.
Paste it here: full mail headers for spam, log lines for an attack, the page source for phishing. Full headers matter — a forwarded message without them usually cannot be traced.
Up to 10 MB. Screenshots, mail files, packet captures.
One file only.
10 MB limit.
Allowed types: txt log eml csv pdf png jpg jpeg zip.
The person or company that holds the copyright or trademark.

Optional, unless you are reporting on behalf of one.
Often the fastest route to a fix, and sometimes the only one — a hosting provider cannot resolve a copyright dispute between two parties. We never share your details without this box ticked.
