Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Vallic — what we provide, what it costs, how either of us ends it, and which law governs it.
Service Level Agreement
What uptime we commit to at each level, the credits owed when we miss it, and what is not covered. An SLA is an add-on; the default is a target rather than a promise.
Acceptable Use Policy
What Vallic Cloud may not be used for, in three tiers, and what happens when somebody does it anyway.
Data Processing Agreement
How we process personal data on your behalf, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires. It applies automatically — nothing to sign — and names every sub-processor.

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
