Three ways to run a project.
Every option uses the same console, the same datacentres and the same support team. The difference is how much machine a project gets to itself.
Shared
Between 3 and 25 of your sites on one machine. The machine belongs to your team and is never shared with other customers.

Workflow
From a git push to production.
Git integration
Connect GitHub, GitLab or Gitea. When you push to a branch, every environment tracking that branch deploys, and on GitHub the result appears as a check on the commit.
Multiple environments
Production, staging and development each get their own settings, domains and shell access. Non-production environments share one machine sized to fit them all.
Environment sync
Copy files and the database from one environment to another in a single step, with your own sanitisation rules applied before anyone sees the data. Production is never overwritten.
Frameworks out of the box
Drupal, WordPress, Laravel, Symfony and other PHP apps, Node.js (Next.js, React, Express) and Go. Choose a project type and the stack is ready.
Custom stack
Choose your PHP, Node.js or Go version, your database, and your cache, search and queue services. Anything that isn't on the list can run as an extra container next to your app.

Drush, rsync and database imports, scoped to a single environment and nothing else.

Run your own container images.
Most hosts stop at their own catalogue. With us, a background remover, an OCR engine or a model nobody else has heard of runs on a machine of its own, beside your site.

Edge
Bad requests stop at the edge, before they reach your application.
Every environment sits behind our edge, and you configure it from the console. Changes take effect without a deploy.
IP filtering
Allow and deny lists by IP address or CIDR range. Deny rules are checked first.
Probe guard
A basic WAF that refuses path traversal, dotfiles and requests for sensitive files such as wp-config.php or id_rsa. The rules come from thousands of real attack attempts.
Custom edge pages
Replace the maintenance, blocked, refused and gateway error pages with your own HTML.
Rate limits and bots
Limit how fast each client can make requests, block AI crawlers and other user agents, or put a password on a whole environment.
TLS your way
Platform certificates, Let's Encrypt, your own certificate, or TLS terminated at your CDN. Wildcard certificates are supported.
CDN
A managed CDN with up to 119 locations and purging by URL or tag. Or keep your own Cloudflare, Fastly or Akamai, and we pass through the real client IP.
Backups
Backups stored somewhere else.
Nightly, or up to every 4 hours
Production is backed up every night. The database can be backed up as often as every 4 hours — included on Dedicated, and an option on every other plan.
Two off-site copies
One copy is kept in object storage in the region your machines are in, and a cold copy with a different provider. Each location is encrypted with its own key, and backups are stored in line with local data regulations.
Team backup storage
Send an extra copy to your team's own S3-compatible bucket, SFTP server or rclone remote. You can download the key and restore without us.
Retention you can extend
Production keeps its last 7 daily backups, and you can extend that to 30 days of history. Backups you take by hand are kept for 30 days.

Monitoring from three regions
Every environment is checked from three locations every minute.
Your own uptime page
A public status page for your sites that you can share with clients.
Metrics
CPU, memory and disk every minute, plus requests, error rates, p95 response time, bandwidth and your busiest paths.
Log shipping
Send logs to Datadog, New Relic, Grafana Loki, Splunk, Axiom, Logz.io, syslog or any OpenTelemetry endpoint, and archive them to S3.
APM
Connect New Relic or any OpenTelemetry endpoint — Datadog included — and trace slow requests in the tool you already use.
Notifications
Failed deploys, missed backups, downtime, full disks and sustained load, sent to email, Slack, Telegram, Discord, PagerDuty or a webhook.
Integrations
Credentials are stored once per team, encrypted, and never shown again.
